When you book an event with us, our dedicated and experienced events team will be more than happy to help with every aspect to make your dream event a reality.

Our event packages cover use of our fully equipped function space with private bar, all non-consumables, rental of our beautiful white rose and eucalyptus flower wall and much more.

We can tailor our functions to your wishes, varying from the small and intimate to full-venue, large scale events.

We offer a range of options for large groups dining at The Swallowtail.

We can create tailored set menus for you and your group, and cater for up to 120 seated. Our chefs are fully flexible and can cater to a variety of food preferences and allergies. We can offer a range of menu options to suit personal taste and budget.

We have a range of additional packages available to discuss, such as welcome drinks, table wines etc.

"I organised a party at Swallowtails in Feb for July , in ibetween it was taken over by new managers , I was very worried what it would be like but all I can say is that it was well organised from start to finish , I was allowed to come in and decorate in the morning ,exactly how I wanted it , they were friendly and efficient , the room looked amazing , the buffet food was plentiful and tasty and the bar staff were all efficient, with the view over the marina , couldn’t have wished for a better place to have a party"
